 Post subject: Chat Box error (pls help support)

Dear Support,

No matter how many times I relog into the game, my chat box is perpetually blank. I don't see any yells, alliance chat, guild chat, etc.

The rest of my UI is just fine (although sometimes the 'Loading data...please wait' freezes and I have to relog).

Pls advise!
